Stow Ranch is a small family farm near Bellevue in Clay County, Texas. Raw honey and farm eggs are coming in spring 2027. Pre-orders for cut comb, lip balm, candles, beeswax blocks, tallow-honey balm and gift boxes open in fall 2027. Live beef shares are coming in fall 2028. About beef shares (Coming Soon - Fall 2028): Stow Ranch beef shares are sold as a share of a live steer. When ordering opens, buying a share will require a bill of sale for your share of the live animal, a boarding agreement covering its care until processing, and an agreement that the beef is for your household's use only and will not be resold. That's how custom-exempt processing works under Texas Health & Safety Code § 433.0065 (processing at Clay County Meat Processing or Windthorst Custom Meat). This interest form is not a purchase, and it doesn't create any of those agreements.
Pickup or delivery preferenceWe haven't set pickup spots or delivery areas yet. Your answer helps us choose. Beef shares are usually picked up at the processor.
